To qualify for FREE Standard Delivery, your order must meet all the following criteria:
- A minimum rental value of $250 before taxes
- Delivery within Zone 1 which includes most areas within Metro Vancouver
- Select the 9-Hour Delivery Window between 8am and 5pm
Once you have selected your items and confirmed your order, the next step is to arrange for all your items to arrive at your event. We have great options for you:
1. If your order meets the minimum rental value for your delivery zone you are eligible for DELIVERY
2. If your order is under the minimum rental value for your delivery zone, you can:
- Pick-up the items at no additional cost from one of our store locations or our central distribution warehouse between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Saturday
- Increase your order with additional rentals or retail sales items to meet the minimum

For your order to be eligible for delivery service your order would have to meet the “minimum rental value for deliver” as noted in the One Way Delivery Rates table or summarized below:
Zone 1 - $100 Minimum Rental Value to qualify for delivery service
Zone 2 - $150 Minimum Rental Value to qualify for delivery service
**For Lonsdale Event Rental Members, your orders of $250 or more may qualify for our Free Delivery Option (click here for membership benefits information)
We believe in getting you the rentals you need, when you need it. Our delivery team has designed a solution to offer you a professional and cost-effective delivery service. We manage hundreds of orders placed each day and with standardized operating procedures, state-of-the-art routing system and special handling services we are working hard to maintain our 99.4% on-time record since 2012. With real-time visibility into drivers’ on-road performance and control over route and dispatch planning of our GPS-based fleet, we will continue to be your reliable delivery team for event rentals.
Our Standard Delivery service will include: Uniformed drivers unloading your rentals from the delivery truck and stack them in a location that is accessible, unobstructed, level and is within approximately 100 feet of the delivery truck’s parked location (i.e. loading bay, grade level driveway, yard, open space, park, front door, lobby, porch or garage)
Delivery is our specialty so we recommend to all our event organizers to plan ahead for the greatest savings on delivery. If you can arrange for a 9-hour delivery window between 8am and 5pm the day of your event or the day prior, you will be eligible for Standard 9-hour Window delivery – our lowest rate for orders meeting the minimum rental value for delivery. As well, if your order meets out rental minimum of $250, you qualify for our FREE delivery service in zone 1..
Orders that have met the delivery zone’s minimum rental value for delivery may need Customized Delivery Service if the delivery requires one or more of the following:
1. You require delivery outside of Zone 1 or 2.
2. The delivery location has stairs, elevators and/or requires drivers to travel by foot greater than 100 feet of the delivery truck with your items.
3. If your event requirements does not allow for a 9-hour delivery window, we have three (3) additional delivery windows available to meet your event needs. You can work with one of our store associates to customize delivery by choosing a 4-hour, 2-hour or 1-hour delivery window for delivery.
4. We know events don’t always occur between 8am and 5pm. For all those events that require after-hours delivery and/or after-hours driver pick-up, please contact one of our store associates to arrange for special after-hours delivery and/or after-hours driver pick-up for your event.
5. Same-Day order and delivery request, please contact one of our store associates as soon as possible to arrange for a rush reservation and delivery booking. Note: order and delivery is subject to availability.
For any and all of the above situations, please contact a store associate to start a customized delivery quote.
If your order qualifies for delivery, it will also qualify for optional Driver Return Services where our drivers come to your location to pick-up the rentals for return to our central distribution warehouse. Driver Return Service rates are the same as the Delivery Service rates. The most economical Driver Return Service option is to arrange for a 9-hour driver pick-up window. Customized Driver Return Service can be arranged by contacting one of our Event Rental Specialists. As well, if your order meets out rental minimum of $250, you qualify for our FREE pick-up service in zone 1.
There is no cost to you for self pick-up. Our stores are designed to make your self pick-up easy. We provide carts, dollies and tie down supplies for use in loading and unloading rentals from your vehicle. Keep in mind our larger items, including select tables, do NOT fit a standard vehicle. Please speak with a store associate prior to self pick-up to ensure your order will fit your vehicle.
