Can I place a new order and request delivery or self pick-up on the same day?
Yes, should an order be placed the day of the pick-up date we will request a minimum of two (2) hours to arrange for the rental items to be available for delivery/self pick-up. Items are subject to availability and same-day orders need to be paid in full by credit card prior to delivery or self pick-up.
Please be patient as we package and conduct a quality check on your Same-Day Order. You are free to wait or return later to pick it up your selected rental items.
Can I place a new order on the day I need to pick-up my order?
Yes, should an order be placed the day of the self pick-up date we will request a minimum of two (2) hours to put the order together.
Can I revise my order on the day of self pick-up or when I'm on site there?
All orders are pre-packed, organized, and quality checked the day before the pick-up date by our Central Distribution Warehouse (CDW) team and these orders are made available for delivery and self pick-up.
We highly encourage event organisers to complete their order changes by 4pm two (2) business days before their pick-up date.
Due to high activity levels throughout our operations, changing an order on the spot or on the day of delivery will result in additional fees and a wait time. To accommodate revisions, we require up to 2-hours to fulfill the revision at the CDW.
Can I place a new order today for delivery or self pick-up on the next business day?
Yes, but this next-day order is subject to availability and payment will be taken for the full order. As well, orders need to be in before 4pm to ensure the order can be completed.
