How our Order Pick Up & Return Service
1.
Reserve your rental order in advance by calling, online rental or email.
2.
Arrive at our centrally located warehouse on the day of your scheduled pick up. Anytime between 10:00am - 3:00pm
3.
Upon arrival, present your order number to the attendant. Your order will be retrieved for your loading into your vehicle
4.
Orders are pre-packed and will be ready for your quick pick up. Waiting time is minimal and process for small orders take 5-10 minutes.
Follow same procedure for the return.
Tips for picking up
Park in the loading bay when there is a space available
Ensure you have adequate room in your vehicle to safely store the rental items
Ensure all order changes have been made prior to arrival. New additions or changes to the order must be made in advance to arriving.
Order Pick Up & Return | 3468 Bridgeway Street, Vancouver
Available 10 am - 3 pm, Monday through Friday only. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and all stat holidays.
From McGill Street:
- Drive east along McGill Street
- Take the Bridgeway Street Exit towards BC-7 Alternate/Hastings Street
- Turn left on Bridgeway Street
- Follow Bridgeway (stay right) until you reach us.
If you find yourself on Skeena, you have gone too far.
From Burnaby Heights:
- Take North Skeena Street Northbound
- Follow Skeena until it becomes Bridgeway
- We are the second building on your left.
From the North Shore:
- Get on Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1
- Continue on Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 over Second Narrows Bridge heading South
- Take Exit #25 – Bridgeway Street
- Follow Bridgeway (stay right) until you reach us.
If you find yourself on Skeena, you have gone too far.
From Hastings Street:
- Drive along Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 W
- Take Exit #26 – Bridgeway Street
- Follow Bridgeway (stay right) until you reach us.
