*Please note that each zone has an order minimum to qualify for delivery. This minimum must be met before taxes and delivery charges. Orders that do not meet the minimum can add a supplemental fee to bring their order up to the minimum to qualify them. 



Once you have selected your items and confirmed your order, the next step is to arrange for all your items to arrive at your event.

We have great options for you:

1.  If your order meets the minimum rental value for your delivery zone you are eligible for DELIVERY
2.  If your order is under the minimum rental value for your delivery zone, you can:

a)      Pick-up the items at no additional cost from one of our store locations or our central distribution warehouse between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, Saturday 9am-4pm
b)      Increase your order with additional rentals or retail sales items to meet the minimum

Minimum Rental Value for Delivery
For your order to be eligible for driver services, your order would have to meet the “minimum order value to qualify for delivery” as noted in the One Way Delivery Rates table or summarized below:

Zone 1 - $100 Minimum order value, before taxes and delivery, to qualify for delivery service
Zone 2 - $250 Minimum order value, before taxes and delivery, to qualify for delivery service
Zone 3 - $500 Minimum order value, before taxes and delivery, to qualify for delivery service


Standard Delivery Service
With a standard delivery, your Lonsdale Event Rentals driver will unload your rentals from the truck and stack them in a location that is accessible, unobstructed, level and is within approx. 100 feet of the trucks parked location. These areas include: loading bay, grade level driveway, yard, open park, front door, lobby, porch, or garage.

When will additional charges apply? Additional labour fees may be charged for orders with unexpected stairs, excessive distance from parked truck, elevators, steep driveways, orders not properly packed for pick up, wait times to access site or other conditions that require additional time. Please advise of these obstructions when placing your order.

Driver Return Service
If your order qualifies for delivery, it will also qualify for optional Driver Return Services; where our drivers come to your location to pick-up the rentals for return to our Central Distribution Warehouse. Driver Return Service rates are the same as the Delivery Service rates. The most economical Driver Return Service option is to arrange for a 9-hour driver pick-up window. Customized Driver Return Services can be arranged by contacting one of our Event Rental Specialists.

Self Pick-Up & Return
There is no cost to you for self-pick-up. Our stores are designed to make your self-pick-up easy. We provide carts, dollies and tie down supplies for use in loading and unloading rentals from your vehicle. Keep in mind our larger items, including select tables, do NOT fit a standard vehicle. Please speak with a store associate prior to self-pick-up to ensure your order will fit your vehicle.

Late Night & After Hours Pick Ups
Metro Vancouver is a busy place with often a lack of venues; what this means to you is often when your party is over, it's time to move out the same night! Our transportation team is on the go 24/7 365 days a year! We provide after-hours deliveries and support options between 5pm to 8am. Late-night needs are common for us; we are happy to provide you with reliable, ontime pick up services to get you out of your venue when needed! Set Up Take Down
Lonsdale’s standard delivery service provides a front door drop off service. But we are here to go above and beyond this call of duty to save you time and manpower on timely event setup. We are here to get the nitty gritty work done; on time and as needed. From basic table and chair set up needs to set this up, drop this here and take that there. Are you looking for something up & above the standard delivery? Would you like one of our Event Rental Specialists to be there, on site, when your rentals arrive, oversee the setup, and assist with express onsite product needs on the day of your special event?

So many details and products overlooked that could be added to your event during set up to make it that much better; an extra cocktail table here, linen there, a coat rack, a pop up tent protect from rain or sun. Our onsite Event Rental Specialist is there to help identify these needs and to ensure your needs are very well taken care of. We can be available during the delivery or can stay onsite during the entire event.
