How It Works
1. Prior to arriving at our warehouse for order pick up, a confirmed reservation is required -- new orders will not be taken onsite, they must be reserved, confirmed and finalized prior to arrival.
2. Park in designated order pick up & return parking and contact our service team for assistance.
Available10 am - 3 pm, Monday through Friday only. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and all stat holidays.
Not available December, June, July or August.

Order Pick Up & Return Service FAQ's
When you arrive at our warehouse for your order pick up, park your vehicle, nose in, in one of our designated parking stalls. Then simply follow the green arrows to our pick up & return door. Once inside, ring the bell for service. Provide our team with your rental order number and we will assist you, with your rental order, to your vehicle. That's it!
Please placed all items back in the crates and containers you received them in. If the items are not put back in the correct transport containers, this may result in breakage or other damage en route back to our warehouse.
When you arrive at our warehouse for your order return, park your vehicle, nose in, in one of our designated parking stalls. Then simply follow the green arrows to our pick up & return door. Once inside, ring the bell for service. Provide our team with your rental order number and we will assist you, in collecting your rental order from your vehicle.
If there are carts outside, and you wish to bring the items to the door yourself, please leave the cart in the lot and our team with come and collect it from you.
Our team will count your items back and once fully processed, our sales team will email you a copy of your final receipt.
Our order pick up & return hours are Monday through Friday 10am-3pm. Please note that this area is also used for loading our trucks, which need to depart promptly in the morning. Your cooperation in adhering to the designated hours is greatly appreciated
