No, we do not. We understand event needs can change during the planning stage. You are not locked into a non-refundable deposit to reserve the items needed. We do require credit card details to secure your order, but payment will not be processed until 2 business days before the out date.

Absolutely, order changes including; quantities, adding new items, or modifying delivery information can be requested up to 3 business days before the out date. All changes are subject to availability. 

Reductions or cancellations requested after 5pm, three (3) business days before your order out date will be subject to a cancellation fee — between 25% and 100% depending on the day the change was communicated to us.  

Full fees apply for any reductions or cancellations communicated to us after 5pm, the day before your scheduled order out date. The cancellation fee applies to transportation costs as well as the trucks have already been routed and loaded by this time. 

We process full payment on the credit card provided at time of confirmation 2 business days before your scheduled order out date. 

With a Standard Transportation Service, your Lonsdale Event Rentals driver will unload your rentals from the truck and stack them in a location that has been prearranged with your Event Rental Specialist at time of booking. 

Standard service includes drop off to and pickup from one specific pre-designated area at the address provided, near the trucks parked location. Up to twelve (12) consecutive exterior stairs or one (1) exterior flight at no extra fees. Details regarding elevators, added labor and setup or takedown options and rates can be found here. 

Please take note that set-up, installation & equipment connections are not included with the Standard Delivery Service by drivers. Please contact us for more information on this service.

Absolutely! Why not save on delivery fees and pick it up from our warehouse. We’re centrally located by the Second Narrows Bridge off HWY 1.

If picking up from our warehouse your order must be confirmed and paid in full prior to your arrival. Our team at the warehouse cannot make any changes to your rental order during collection. Any changes must be made by phone to our sales team. Our order pick up & return service is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 3pm only. 

Our base rental rates are for 1-4 days out of our building. Each day thereafter is charged at an additional 25% of the rental rate.
