At Lonsdale Event Rentals, we offer a wide range of party table rentals that are perfect for any events in the Vancouver area. Whether your planning a wedding, hosting a home party and organizing a business function, we have the table to make your event a success!
Our commercial grade party table rentals are made with high quality 3/4″ plywood tops. These tops are finished with a light colored poly coat finish. This finish is smooth and allows for easy clean up of the tops. We do always recommend using table linen or covers as the tops do get scratched with regular use. The table legs are made with heavy duty metal and are easy to fold and unfold as needed.
We offer these tables for rent is a variety of sizes and shapes, including rectangular and round. These options make it easy to find the perfect table for your use. Our delivery service does not include any set up. All tables are delivered folded and stacked and they must be in the same format upon pick up for our drivers.

8′ x 40″ King Table Wood
8 Ft x 40" King Tables have an extra large 40″ width and a wood top. This table rental is often used as a dining table and is known as a family style table. This table seats 4 guests at each side and 2 guest at each end. The extra width with has the look and feel of a dining room table and allows for extra decorations or family style food service.
60″ Half Round Wood Table
Looking to host a small event with limited space? Our 60" half round wood table is perfect for coffee or dessert stations. It offers an unobstructed view with guests sitting on one side facing the front of the room. The table is 60" long, 30" wide at the peak, and 30" high. 72″ Round Wood Table

Kids Table, Blue
Kids height tables are a great way for kids to have a bit more fun...and for the adults too! The table top is blue and constructed of a heavy duty resin. It has folding legs with adjustable heights that can provide a minimum height of 16" to a maximum height of 26", with a few increments in between. Seats 10 comfortably. Top measures 6' long by 30" wide.
