This griddle is a great option for producing a high volume pancake service. It is easy to use and can be used indoors in a well ventilated area. It requires a table top to rest on for use.
Tabletop griddle consisting of two parts, the frame box and a removable aluminum flat griddle with handles. It is powered by a standard 1 pound propane canister ( we offer these for sale here).
Unit will run approximately 1.5 hours per 1lb canister. Frame measures 19″ wide by 23″ long by 6″ high. Griddle top measures 17″ by 22″.
Adding a chaffing dish is a great way to keep cooked items warm until they are served.
